Kilsby B&B Tariff 2012:
£35 per person per night based on 2 people sharing a room. Discounts are usually available for multiple night stays except at Bank Holidays and during events - please enquire when booking. Single room occupancy from £45 per night depending on time of year and length of stay. Both rooms will be charged at the double occupancy rate during festivals, events and Bank Holidays. Children under 13 years at half price when sharing with 2 adults. Children under 6 years £5 per night (no charge for babies under 1 year old). Fly fishing £5 per day for adults (£20 per week), £3 for juniors. Packed lunches £6.00 each. Terms & Conditions (Important - please read): Payment and Cancellation Policy: At the time of booking you will be required to provide your credit card details and an amount equivalent to the first night's fee will be taken as a deposit - this is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made up to 2 days prior to arrival no further payment will be taken. For a cancellation made less than 2 days prior to arrival or in the case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged. Alternatively you can pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer but the same conditions apply.
Non Availability of Accommodation: We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was
unavailable for reasons beyond our control. In this unlikely event we would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. However if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by your for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival: Your room will be available to you from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Please try not to arrive earlier as we may still be busy preparing your accommodation, and won’t be available to welcome you.
Departure: Please be ready to leave your room by 11.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Please try to leave your room clean and tidy to enable us to prepare for our next guests in good time. If you have made use of any further service for which payment has not been made during your stay we will provide you with an invoice which is payable on departure.
Damages and Breakages: Please take care with our property. You are responsible and liable for any
breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge if you did not report this. Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or
contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
