Recently refurbished to a very high standard (Wales Tourist Board grading: 5 stars), tastefully decorated and furnished with spectacular views from all rooms. The accommodation comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom upstairs, with an extra fold-up bed and travel-cot available on request. A high-chair is also available on request.
The downstairs accommodation consists of a large open plan living / dining room / kitchen plus well-equiped separate bathroom with entrance hall and lobby for storage of cycles, fishing tackle and outdoor clothing. There is no mobile phone reception at Kilsby but a payphone is provided in the cottage lobby for your convenience. Please note that Kilsby Cottage is strictly no-smoking accommodation and that we do not allow pets unless by prior arrangement (assistance dogs are welcome).

The Cottage Sitting Room with Dining Area and Garden Outside The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, health grill, slow-cooker and fridge freezer. There is an automatic washing machine in the spacious bathroom and an iron and ironing board are also provided. TV, video and DVD facilities are provided in the living room area with a wide selection of films available for your use. A good quality CD / cassette player and radio is also provided. The whole cottage is fully double-glazed and centrally heated with individually controlled radiators for your comfort during the colder months. |
| Outside there is ample secure off-road parking space, a private seating area and access to the gardens to the front and side of the main house, with magnificent views of the upper Irfon Valley. A small portable barbecue and garden furniture is provided for your use. Numerous bird-feeders are regularly replenished so you can enjoy the extensive variety of birds at close quarters - you may even be lucky enough to see our pied fly-catchers using the nesting boxes. The setting is quiet and secluded yet within easy reach of the town’s amenities which include several restaurants, pubs and shops. |

| Note: For short stays if the daily rate exceeds the weekly rate then the weekly rate applies. All prices include bed linen, towels, bathrobes, central heating/hot water and electricity. All weekly rates are for up to 4 occupants - 5th occupant @ £20 extra per week. Full cooked breakfast may be available for cottage guests on request at £8.00 per person. Packed lunches available at £5.50 each if ordered the previous day. Fly fishing £5 per day adults (weekly ticket - £20), £3 for juniors (tackle hire available - £10 per day). Dogs may be accommodated at our discretion for £10 per week, £5 for less than 5 nights (if arranged in advance).
